Shovster Build Update

Messing with the details this week. Got the clutch parts from Andy at AHCC and were off running. Last big hurdle is making the engine sproket.

Plug the Hole!

1. Highlighted with a pencil is a hole in some steel strip we dont want

2. Clamp the strip to some heavy gage aluminium and weld it up

3. The back side of the strip, the aluminium has stopped the weld level with the surface but looks rough. weld this side aswel

4. Grind to a nice level surface. Looks sweet! well done!!

Shovster update

The Shovster is going to be done in two stages
1. mock up, throw together and check it works ok. Change things that need changing
2. Strip and finish. This will include new tank bars, pipes etc. Full paint job and chrome.
